Hello all. Sorry for not writing for a while. Alot has been going on lately.
First of all, I moved my computer down to the basement, so not only do I have some privacy, but my wife doesn't yell
at me for talking to people on the internet while she is watching TV.
Secondly, I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled my software. It took a couple of days to get it up and running
to capacity. But it is now running great.
I have been working really hard on cartoon scripts and ideas. Once I get my book on writing for cartoons, I will
be able to write an effective cartoon and hopefully, put it up on the blog for all to enjoy. But I have a long way to
go yet.
My Dad is being a pain as he always is. But I'm not going to whine about that.
Not much else going on here. I talk to my friends on There every day and go to bed. What else is there?
Well, that is it for now.

Well, here I am again. It seems like I only get a chance to update this thing once a week. But without the
content that would be called a pity party, I don't have much to say.
I met a very interesting person on There. She has a lot of the same interests as I do. Along with some
of the same problems. But I really enjoy talking to her, and she has a really nice voice. But it seems like we
are not on at the same time sometimes. Otherwise, it is great.
My Dad is still being a pain. Enough said.
No job prospects yet. I am looking.
Well, that is about it.

Well, it has been a day in hell for me today. I got nothing accomplished. All I did was read a little.
I was in There today, again. Hey, its the only time I get to see friends. Is it me or is every person from
16-25 insane. Some of those people in that age group are just insane. I can't figure it out. They say the
weirdest things. Must be drugs or the school system. All I know is kids were a lot smarter when I was that age.
I think they are descensitized when it comes to the gross stuff, because of the bad cartoons that are playing these days.
All I can say is "Brain Damaged". End of story.
This morning, I wouldn't give my Dad a second piece of toast with peanutbutter and he threw a shit fit. So he only
ate the piece I gave him and the banana I gave him and left the cereal. For a guy that is complaining about not getting
enough food, he sure didn't eat all I gave him. What a waste. He shouldn't get two pieces because there is too
much sugar in the peanutbutter. He is starting to be a REAL problem.
I ordered a book on how to write a script for a cartoon today. That is the missing piece I need to be able
to start up my Flash cartoon.
Well, that is it for now.

Hello All!
I am in the middle of a life changing process. I am making plans to lose weight and get healthy. I have looked
at many avenues to do this.
I looked at the "diet pills" that are advertised on TV. What a joke. Most are so full of Cafine that you
would lose weight purely from the gitters. And the others, I really don't trust.
So I turned to the diet book craze. Some are just stupid. The Green diet is, you eat greens all day and you
lose all the weight from all the sugar you took in. Another was the Atkins, which is just plain unhealthy. Sure
you should limit your startch and sugar, but not eliminate them totally. The brain runs on sugar and when the body turns
protein into sugar, it produces a lot of bi-products that you need to flush from your system with 12 glasses of water a day,
making water weight gain. Next was the Non-fat diet that says no fat in, your body will burn what you already have.
Well, a lot of vitamins are only absorbed with a little fat, and some fat is good for you, like unsaturated fat.
So finally, I came across this last diet. My wife turned the TV on to Dr. Phil today. Now I don't normally
watch talkshows. But I half way listened to it. They had people on that had followed Dr. Phil's plan, which involves
not only diet, but your behavior and relationships to food. And somehow it made sense for me. And these people
lost a lot of weight in a years time. One poor guy who was over 500 lbs and had to have oxygen to go anywhere,
was down to just over 200 lbs. So both my wife and I picked up the book. She read a little of it and wants me
to buy the cook book for it and a kitchen scale or portion management. I read two chapters and look forward to finishing
the book soon. It was very interesting. Treat the problem, not the symptoms.
By all means, this is not a "quick thin" diet. And it isn't a "get to look like a Supermodel" diet.
It deals with reasonable goals in a reasonable amount of time. So we will see.

Well, this year is turning out like last year. No cooperation from anyone. It is very hard to keep my sanity.
I was kind of flipping out this morning. But I am better now.
I don't know if I mentioned this before, but I found a hard copy of the scripts I wrote for my comic. I thought
they were lost forever when I wiped my harddrive, but lucky for me, I am great at repeating my actions. So my comic
is back on track.
I really want to start making a Flash Cartoon. I have been looking at other people's work on the net, and I am
convinced that I could do it. The problem is, I have no patience. I want instant results. And taking time
to write a script for a 30 minute cartoon doesn't sound instant. I have to learn patience. I must learn how to
be happy with little steps.
I saw this documentary on Kevin (Silent Bob) Smith and the making of "Clerks". It was very interesting. He
took a tragedy and made $200,000 out of it. I need to do that. He had a lot against him for the entire shooting.
And he filmed it in the convenience store that he worked at. He cut the film at the video store next to it while the
store was open to business. And all that made the movie a success was one man who saw it at a screening who had
connections. I gotta love that.
Well, I guess that is it for now.
